📋 Description
- Lead AI adoption and test workflows across the squad.
- Define standards for AI use in test pipelines and validation workflows.
- Design agentic testing workflows using MCP technologies across multiple teams.
- Evaluate AI/testing tech and perform root-cause analysis for degradations.
- Collaborate with MLOps, Platform, Product, and Engineering to set quality baselines.
- Develop advanced test strategies enabling AI-assisted automated generation.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in quality assurance engineering (manual and automated).
- Proficiency with Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, CircleCI).
- Hands-on with AI-assisted testing and MCP-based test generation/execution (Maestro MCP, Playwright
- Experience with bug/test management tools (JIRA, TestRail).
- Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
