Senior Product Builder, Organizational Intelligence

📋 Description

• Build the intelligence layer: cross-source interpretive layer that reads across sources of truth
• Define what to build: scope problems, tradeoffs, and own the sequence of what gets built
• Ship working things yourself: prototypes, internal tools, agent workflows using AI as part of how
• Understand the organization: engage with GTM, G&A, EPD to learn what they can’t answer today
• Address AI-specific quality issues: reliability, cost, latency, drift, bad answers
• Build on top of Signal Collection and EPD OS work; understand what's trustworthy and what's coming

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping real, usable AI-powered components and internal tools
• Ability to scope ambiguous problems and drive the build sequence independently
• Proficient with AI tooling, LLM-based workflows, and evaluating tradeoffs
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and ability to translate needs into concrete
• Comfort with ownership: no need for formal mandates to start delivering
• Open to iterating quickly and learning as you go
