📋 Description

• Build and operate systems that improve reliability, resiliency, and observability of Upstart’s
• Work across observability platforms, reliability tooling, incident response systems, automation
• Deliver well-scoped engineering projects; contribute to technical design; use production data to
• Leverage AI throughout the engineering lifecycle to accelerate development and automate repetitive

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software, SRE, or related experience
• Proficiency in Python, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Experience designing, building, testing, and operating production software or infrastructure
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, observability, monitoring, or production
• Experience on-call or incident response for production systems
• Ability to deliver independently on scoped projects and collaborate across teams
