Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own the integrated program plan across concurrent capex projects, opex initiatives, and production
• Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and resourcing conflicts before they become
• Drive tradeoff conversations with Production, Engineering, Facilities, and Parts/Supply Chain leads.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams from planning through completion, ensuring timelines and priorities
• Establish scalable processes and operating rhythms to support growth.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on risks, issues, and recovery plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical program management or engineering program leadership in
• Experience coordinating complex multi-workstream programs where capital projects and production
• Strong technical and engineering fluency; comfortable discussing with engineering and production
• Track record of driving cross-functional teams toward decisions under real-time pressure.
• Experience building or maintaining integrated planning tools (e.g., Linear, Wrike) with resource
• Solid understanding of production environments and operational workflows.
