📋 Description
- Own system architecture and technical integration across electrical, RF, mechanical, thermal, and
- Define and drive technical standards, architecture, and engineering processes for mass production.
- Partner with EE, RF, SW, and ME leads to define system requirements and cross-functional design
- Lead concept studies with internal and external teams and present outcomes.
- Manage system requirements from PRD through V&V with traceability.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of hardware engineering experience with deep expertise in at least two of electrical, RF
- Proven experience owning system architecture and cross-disciplinary decisions for complex hardware.
- Track record of taking compact, connected, battery-powered hardware from concept through mass
- Deep experience across RF/antenna integration, power architecture, thermal management, EMI/EMC
- Experience developing system requirements and validation plans with familiarity of US/international
- Experience working with ODM/JDM or contract manufacturing partners.
