📋 Description

• Own campus preconstruction from concept to NTP.
• Lead and develop site Preconstruction Managers.
• Establish standards for governance and outputs.
• Design-to-budget alignment with high-availability goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical leadership experience.
• 15+ years in preconstruction/estimating on large scale projects.
• 7+ years owner-side experience preferred.
• Proven budget ownership and long-lead procurement across CSA and MEP/Power.
• Experience leading teams and partnering with design, development, supply chain.
• Advanced proficiency with Procore, estimating systems, MS Office, and scheduling software.
