Senior Customer Success Manager, Financial Services

📋 Description

• Own customer success for financial services accounts and drive adoption of AlphaSense platform.
• Coordinate with product, sales, and onboarding to ensure renewal and expansion opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, translating needs into product and content
• Partner with cross-functional teams to reduce churn and maximize customer value.
• Monitor health metrics and drive proactive outreach to customers at risk.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer success, account management, or enterprise SaaS in financial services
• Proven ability to manage high-value enterprise relationships
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven success metrics
• Ability to-operate in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
