📋 Description

• Provide medical/scientific oversight for dataset curation, annotations, and algorithm evaluation
• Manage and train annotator teams for labeled datasets
• Assess pathology images/data; ensure quality and interpretability
• Guide clinical validation and contribute to product roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• MD/DO, board certification in pathology
• Fellowship in cytopathology; 5+ years in clinical cytopathology/ROSE
• Strong understanding of pathology workflows and digital pathology
• Excellent communication for clinical/technical teams
