📋 Description

• Build and evolve backend systems that move creator content at massive scale for Spotify
• Expand platform to support new content formats and distribution standards
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from design to delivery
• Collaborate to simplify systems and ensure scalable infrastructure
• Participate in on-call rotations to maintain reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building backend systems, with Java; JavaScript or Ruby on Rails a plus
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) and relational DBs (MySQL)
• Experience building APIs/services at scale; full-stack experience a plus
• Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies; AI-powered tools in development workflow valued
• Excellent communication in fast-moving environments
