LPN - Pediatric Home Care Nurse

📋 Description

• Provide pediatric home health care in clients’ homes with Trach/vent training
• Deliver one-to-one client care per day and follow physician orders
• Travel to client locations in Pennsburg area on schedule you choose
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers and office staff for support
• Document observations and changes in client condition to physician
• Empower autonomy while maintaining professional standards

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Ability to provide pediatric private duty care; comfort with home health environment
• Trach and ventilator training experience or willingness to complete training
