Staff Product Manager, ChefTech

📋 Description

• Own ChefTech and lead ChefOS Platform vision.
• Set roadmap and OKRs for onboarding, recipe activation, and chef tools (Portal, mobile app).
• Lead end-to-end product ownership from problem to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to consolidate chef tools into a single platform.
• Shape greenfield opportunities to turn the platform into a modular offering for others.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with ownership of a platform or multi-product portfolio.
• Proven track record of 0-to-1 work and defining direction in open problems.
• Experience leading complex, multi-team programs with cross-team influence.
• Strong product judgment and ability to communicate with engineering, ops, and executives.
• Comfort with AI tooling in product work and rapid experimentation.
