📋 Description

• Prepare and create product mixes per approved recipes and processes.
• Inspect and process raw materials to meet product specs and quality.
• Coordinate production flow with team leaders for timely mixes.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow safety and SOPs.
• Support new staff with onboarding and daily duties as needed.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with potential overtime/weekends.

• Confident with basic mathematics and unit conversions.
• Ability to weigh, measure, and color-match ingredients accurately.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; English proficiency required.
