Lead - Solutions Engineer (Verticals)

📋 Description

• Lead Solution Engineer for SLED, Higher Education, and Manufacturing verticals
• Partner with Account Executives to discover requirements and shape solutions
• Deliver tailored demonstrations aligning Freshworks ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ESM and AI capabilities
• Create repeatable vertical-specific demos and best practices for GTM
• Stay current on industry trends and customer needs
• Advocate for AI-first Freshworks experience to diverse audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in solution/sales engineering or similar pre-sales
• Experience selling SaaS into SLED/Higher Ed/Manufacturing
• Strong understanding of industry-specific requirements and priorities
• Experience with ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/ESM or related enterprise platforms preferred
• Excellent presentation and storytelling; cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
