📋 Description
- Lead architectural evolution of CoreWeave's platform for distributed AI workloads.
- Drive transitions from monolithic to distributed architecture and enable agentic AI applications.
- Hands-on development: production Python components and distributed compute services.
- Own CI/CD, testing, deployment, reliability, observability, and incident response.
- Mentor senior/mid-level engineers and establish engineering best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering, staff-level experience.
- Expert in distributed systems, APIs, and service interfaces.
- Security-minded development with OAuth and secure-by-default practices.
- Expert-level Python with production-scale experience.
- Strong Kubernetes experience with production workloads.
- Experience with workflow orchestration (Temporal, Airflow, Kubeflow or similar).
