Senior Electrical Engineer, Communication and Radio Frequency

📋 Description

• Own design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems for mission-critical hardware.
• Lead hardware architecture, technical standards, and full hardware lifecycle ownership.
• Collaborate across schematics, RF integration, mechanical, and form-factor constraints.
• Bring up, characterize, and debug hardware with RF test equipment.
• Drive BOMs, certification readiness, and production ramp.
• Provide technical leadership to the electrical engineering team and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years embedded electronics design experience; BS in electrical engineering or related field.
• PCB design and layout, RF integration/coexistence, hardware bring-up/debugging.
• Experience with application processors, microcontrollers, power, wireless/RF, and high-speed
• Proven track record from concept to mass production; RF coexistence and EMI/PI/EMC understanding.
• Hands-on with Cadence OrCAD and Allegro; oscilloscope, spectrum/logic analyzers, power supplies.
• Experience with rigid/flex PCBs and meeting hardware standards globally; collaboration with
