• Provide hands-on assistance and guidance to individuals with disabilities.
• Ensure comfort, safety and personal growth of those served.
• Assist with daily living tasks (mobility, bed transfers, dressing, bathing, toileting, hygiene).
• Support individuals to live as independently as possible with dignity.
• Maintain respectful, collaborative relationships with team members.
