📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional evaluation of tissue therapeutics in preclinical settings.
• Collaborate with Medical Office, Design Eng, Product Mgmt to define needs and solutions.
• Drive evaluation strategies, product characterization, and tissue-effect assessments.
• Mentor junior team members and guide complex problem solving.
• Manage risks and escalate issues; plan product launch strategies.
• Partner with physicians and clinical users to understand needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year degree and Master’s in Engineering/Biology; PhD a plus.
• 15+ years in medical device industry; 10+ years in clinical development/preclinical.
• Expert in tissue and/or thermal topics; strong systems understanding.
• Experience with pre-clinical model development and validation of Class III products.
• Cross-functional collaboration and ability to travel up to 15%.
• Independent, self-motivated effective communicator.
