Thermal Development Technician (Starship) - Temporary

📋 Description

• Preprocess and manufacture ceramic fibers, filaments, and powders for next-tier products
• Fabricate ceramic billets, tiles, thermal gap fillers, coatings for TPS
• Basic fabrication, surface prep, bonding, and oven curing
• Document processes precisely to replicate steps
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and notes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Experience with hand tools or power tools
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret symbols
• Experience with processing and curing in ovens/high-temp kilns
• Proficient: measuring and mixing with scales for coatings/RTV
• Comfortable working with solvents, ceramic precursors, acids/bases
