Incident Manager - Detection & Response

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end D&R incident management program: detection workflows, response processes
• Serve as incident commander for security incidents, coordinating with executives, engineering
• Establish incident commander rotations within D&R to ensure ownership across varying severity
• Drive post-incident accountability by capturing, tracking, and completing action items across teams.
• Gather and report incident trends to surface systemic risks and root causes.
• Translate trend analysis into cross-functional initiatives to implement broad fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program management, incident management, or security operations with focus on
• Experience building incident response programs in tech companies, ideally high-growth or
• Proven ability to turn incident data into organizational improvements and drive cross-functional
• Comfort with on-call responsibilities and leading during high-severity security events, including
• Experience scaling operational processes in environments lacking prior structure.
• Strong accountability, coordination, and follow-through across multiple teams.
