📋 Description

• Lead and grow a balanced team of engineers; set expectations and develop each engineer.
• Own the team's technical strategy and multi-quarter roadmap tied to major experience initiatives.
• Empower tech leads and engineers in design and cross-functional alignment.
• Own availability, reliability, and performance of consumer-critical systems; on-call and incidents.
• Drive alignment across orgs and influence partner experience roadmaps.
• Partner with Product, Design, Analytics, and other Eng teams to build trust.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering; 3+ years leading teams.
• Proven delivery of consumer-facing software amidst ambiguity.
• Technical judgment to guide architecture, quality, reliability.
• Experience leading significant initiatives end-to-end; decoupling/re-platforming.
• Familiar with modern full-stack dev; React or React Native and BFF.
• Calm, decisive leadership; strong communication and alignment skills.

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay ranges: $204,000 - $264,000 (most states) to $230,000 - $290,000 (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT).
