📋 Description
- Own system architecture across electrical, RF, mechanical, thermal, and power domains.
- Define and drive technical standards, architecture, and engineering processes for Axon 911 hardware.
- Collaborate with EE, RF, SW, and ME leads to align subsystem designs and requirements.
- Lead cross-functional design reviews and present outcomes to stakeholders.
- Manage system-level verification, validation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Own manufacturing readiness, regulatory certification, and production ramp plans.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of hardware engineering experience with deep expertise in at least two of electrical, RF
- Proven track record in owning system architecture and cross-disciplinary decisions for complex
- Experience taking compact, connected, battery-powered hardware from concept through mass production
- Deep experience in RF/antenna integration, power architecture, thermal management, EMI/EMC
- Ability to develop system requirements and validation plans with familiarity of regulatory
- Experience working with ODM/JDM or contract manufacturers and using hardware tools (Altium/Cadence
