📋 Description

• Role within Shield AI's Human Machine Teaming (HMT) Operations capability; Engineer II or Senior
• Translate field research with pilots, operators, and SMEs into updates for collaborative work
• Travel to company, test, demonstration, and customer locations (approximately 40%)

🎯 Requirements

• Engineer II: typically 2+ years with Bachelor's; Senior Engineer: 3–5 years with Bachelor's (or 2–4
• Degree in human factors engineering, psychology, cognitive systems engineering, applied cognitive
• Experience planning/executing field studies with human participants and reporting findings
• Knowledge of human machine teaming, human factors, human performance, training theory and
• Comfort in operational environments (flight lines, ranges, customer sites) and ability to gather
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, written and verbal communication
