Principal Hardware Systems Architect

📋 Description

• Own system architecture across electrical, RF, mechanical, thermal, and power domains.
• Define standards, architecture, and processes for Axon 911 hardware scalable to mass production.
• Collaborate with EE, RF, SW, and ME leads to align requirements and cross-functional design

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years hardware engineering experience with deep expertise in at least two of electrical, RF, or
• Proven track record of system architecture ownership for complex hardware, resolving
• Experience taking compact, connected, battery-powered hardware from concept through EVT/DVT/PVT to
• Deep experience across RF/antenna integration, power, thermal, EMI/EMC, shielding, enclosure, and
• Experience developing system requirements and validation plans with U.S. and international hardware
• Experience working with ODM/JDM or contract manufacturers.
