📋 Description

• You will be the technical voice for 1-5 clients, guiding their Databricks strategy.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks.
• Implement the technical strategy in the account, aligning with customer needs.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in very large deployments (> $1m ARR) in Retail/CPG space
• 4+ years in pre-sales or supporting sales activity
• Technical in big data, data science, and cloud
• Data-driven business transformation experience
• 4+ years design/implementation in big data tech (Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, OLAP) or full lifecycle
• Production data systems maintenance/extension for evolving customer needs

🎁 Benefits
