📋 Description

• Supports late-stage cell therapy products through analytical assay development, assay
• Contributes to the design, planning, execution, and optimization of analytical assay development
• Performs experiments, analyzes data, troubleshoots issues, and communicates results to internal
• Prepares and presents scientific data in technical reports, team discussions, and departmental
• Provides status updates on activities, risks, and timelines to project teams and management.
• Supports preparation and review of assay-related documentation, including protocols, methods, and

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with mammalian cell culture.
• Hands-on experience with cell biology analytical methods, including cell count and viability
• Experience with fluorescence microscopy, Incucyte, and Cytation instrumentation preferred.
• Experience with HPLC is a plus.
• Working knowledge of analytical method development, assay optimization, qualification, and
