EEE Failure Analysis Specialist (Starlink Satellite PCB Engineering)

📋 Description

• Interface with PCBA production, Supplier Development, Reliability, and EEE Piece Part groups.
• Analyze failures in production and assess manufacturing quality.
• Support life-cycle phases: pre-production, qualification, and flight hardware.
• Hands-on in Failure Analysis lab; fast-paced, proactive environment.
• Collaborate to improve processes and investigations into nonconforming product.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years in a component/PCBA failure analysis lab
• Experience with EEE piece parts and components
• Non-destructive: Visual, X-Ray, CT, SEM
• Destructive: Cross section, polishing, dye and pry, chemical decapsulation
• Electrical theory understanding; some electrical troubleshooting
