• Define and drive technical strategy across Startup Products
• Lead large 0→1 initiatives from problem to launch
• Build polished experiences, backend services, APIs
• Identify risks and de-risk roadmap with incremental plans
• Collaborate with Stripe teams to align roadmaps
• Work with founders to translate complex workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering
• Experience delivering large ambiguous initiatives end-to-end
• Strong full-stack skills, backend services and UI
• Ability to align teams without direct authority
• Product-minded engineering with user focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication
