Customer Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and deliver end-to-end TRM solutions for US federal and national-security customers.
• Propose business processes, technical architectures, and customize TRM platform.
• Integrate TRM APIs into mission workflows and train customers.
• Provide expert-level support during integration and troubleshooting.
• Stay aligned with product roadmap and advocate for enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-sales roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, etc.).
• US Citizenship is required for this position.
• Strong customer-facing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with engineering/product teams to customize API-based SaaS.
• Comfort with scripting languages to build PoCs (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Strong problem-solving, initiative, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
