Process Engineer (Starship)

📋 Description

• Develop manufacturing, integration, assembly, welding, NDE, cleanliness, and checkouts processes
• Design tooling for testing, build fixturing, lifting, rigging, and fluids.
• Define and document inspection requirements and procedures.
• Create training for production and inspection processes.
• Plan, test, and train to ensure quality at increasing production volumes.
• Collaborate with quality, production, and design to manage fleet risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in mechanical, aerospace, materials, manufacturing, chemical, electrical engineering, or
• 1+ years in manufacturing, quality, or design engineering (student projects/internships qualify).
