• Lead a team of 6 engineers (mid to Staff) with coaching and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience, including time as a Staff engineer before moving into management.
• 1+ years of engineering management experience.
• Deep experience designing scalable, reliable architectures for real-world products at scale.
• Track record of building and growing high-performing engineering teams.
