RNA-LNP Process Development Lab Manager - Group Leader

📋 Description

• Lead a team conducting process development and tech transfer for LNP, mRNA, and gRNA drug products.
• Oversee GLP sample management across programs and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate lab operations, inventory, and external analytical testing results.
• Manage relationships with Process Development, Tech Transfer, Facilities, IT, and Safety teams.
• Maintain ELN records and track lab efficiency metrics.
• Mentor and develop a team of process development scientists.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. with 5+ years or M.S. with 3+ years or PhD with 2+ years in biotech/pharma fields.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a lab setting.
• Strong communication and scientific writing abilities.
• Experience with nucleic acid process development and equipment (Atka Avant, Agilent HPLC) preferred.
• Commitment to lab safety and data analysis.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
