Senior IT Engineer, Audio Visual

📋 Description

• Own the AV tech platform: Zoom, Zoom Rooms, video conferencing hardware, digital signage.
• Coordinate AV installations, upgrades, maintenance with vendors.
• Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting for AV, conferencing, meeting rooms.
• Support Internal Events Production with AV and tech.
• Back up IT Executive Services for meeting logistics and Zoom/Calendar questions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in AV or IT engineering; 1+ year leading a team.
• Strong IT foundation; networking concepts; Windows/macOS in enterprise.
• Experience administering Zoom/Zoom Rooms; conferencing hardware (Neat/Logitech).
• Excellent verbal/written communication; cross-org partner.
• Executive support experience.
