Manager, Material Review and Promotion

📋 Description

• Facilitate cross-functional review and approval of Advertising, Promotional, Sales Training, and
• Lead management of cross-functional team members and agencies; communicate material status.
• Oversee MRP timeline and production through Veeva; lead training on the MRP.
• Provide leadership for staff of project managers; develop contingency plans.
• Manage cross-functional meetings, prioritize reviews, track metrics.
• Ensure timely review and compliance with regulatory approvals.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Project Management or equivalent
• Subject matter expert in material review process and policies
• Strong expertise in Veeva
• Experience in print and digital formats
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; pharma industry experience
• Knowledge of marketing/advertising agency processes and product launches
