- Lead production-grade data/AI solutions for customers using Databricks
- Own architecture and end-to-end design across data engineering, AI, and apps
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to deliver value
- Embed with customer teams to understand challenges and drive impact
- Deliver reusable accelerators and best practices across accounts
- Travel to customers ~20% of the time
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in data engineering, data platforms & analytics, or software engineering
- Proficient in Python, Scala, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with 2+ cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deep Spark knowledge
- CI/CD for production deployments; familiarity with MLOps and ML/AI models
- Experience delivering end-to-end data architectures and customer-facing solutions
- Strong documentation, white-boarding, and stakeholder management skills
