Research Engineer / Research Scientist, Health

📋 Description

• Role based in San Francisco with hybrid work (3 days in office per week).
• Build frontier health capabilities and drive measurable impact in models and products.
• Own research direction end to end: problem choice, experimentation, integration into frontier
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, clinicians, and product teams to deploy health
• Advance health AI capabilities across pretraining, RL/post-training, and evaluations.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on machine learning/AI research with depth in at least one area (pretraining
• Ability to design experiments and work directly with data and training infra.
• Track record of impact and ownership; strong problem-solving and scalability mindset.
• Comfort working across research, engineering, medicine, and product teams.
• Bonus: experience with health AI, longitudinal health data, or clinical research.
