📋 Description
- Build and ship solutions, integrations, tooling, or prompts
- Design, develop, maintain prod-scale integrations with customer systems
- Spend regular time on site with customer teams
- Monitor, debug, and optimize production deployments in challenging audio environments
- Collaborate with research/product to push the platform forward
- Test changes against live data to measure accuracy, latency, throughput
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters in CS/Engineering or equivalent
- Hands-on experience building/deploying production backend systems
- Experience with cloud infra and API design
- Proactive problem-solver who cares about impact
- Strong customer-facing craft: relationship building, reading the room, acting on insights
- Experience with audio/voice interfaces is a plus
