Principal Manufacturing Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead development of manufacturing workstations and equipment from manual benches to automated
• Provide DFM/DFM feedback to design teams to enable high-volume production
• Select and partner with equipment integrators for development to operations handoff
• Install, commission, and qualify new equipment and fixtures
• Design robust processes prioritizing safety, uptime, and quality
• Lead debugging of time-sensitive manufacturing issues

🎯 Requirements

• 18+ years in equipment or manufacturing engineering, electro-mechanical assembly preferred
• Experience purchasing and setting up automated manufacturing equipment
• Experience writing SOPs and manufacturing documentation
• DFM/DFA feedback experience with design engineers
• Hands-on build/test readiness for workstations and equipment
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration
