📋 Description

• Lead and grow a distributed team of engineers responsible for deployment and operation of
• Deliver projects and deployments on time with cross-functional alignment.
• Identify efficiency gains in tools, processes, and automation used across the org.
• Provide stakeholders with clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Participate in qualification efforts for new technologies in production deployments.
• Manage staff allocation, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables; drive outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading or managing engineers in AI/ML infrastructure or large-scale compute.
• Experience owning production systems with real SLAs and balancing run-rate with long-term work.
• Proficiency in Linux; ability to debug across OS, hardware, and networking layers.
• Ability to lead technical design on medium-to-large efforts; document, align, and ship.
• Strong time management, deadline discipline, and ability to negotiate timelines.
• Collaborate with peer engineering managers across deployment and operations.
