📋 Description
- Oversee POS change process for Radar product across locations
- Install and troubleshoot newly added POS systems
- Collaborate with Development for integrations
- Engage with enterprise customers on multi-location changes
- Lead recurring reviews to document POS changes
- Manage and troubleshoot POS change issues promptly
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Demonstrated history of high performance as a Support Agent
- Expert knowledge of Radar POS Integrations
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Strong written and oral communication
- Time management and prioritization abilities
