Services Manager

📋 Description

• BESIX Watpac are seeking an experienced Services Manager to manage the design, coordination
• Proactively drive company safety policies, practices and procedures in compliance with OH&S
• Manage the design of Building Services documentation packages across the project, including
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the developing documentation meets the
• Oversee coordination and review all documentation for adequacy of design input.
• Participate in the selection of subcontractors.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualifications in a relevant Engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical or hydraulic services)
• Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects, managing complex building services
• Experience managing complex integrated systems.
• Experience with the installation, maintenance and testing of essential and advanced building
• Sound understanding and application of statutory legislation including knowledge of the OHS Act
• Demonstrated leadership skills through development of effective relationships with internal and
