📋 Description
- Senior IT Engineer on Posit's IT Operations team for distributed workforce and enterprise AI infra.
- Own core IT platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, Zoom, Slack) and automation infra (n8n
- Lead cross-team tech efforts, mentor junior engineers, and drive process improvements.
- Manage SSO/SCIM health, license mgmt, MDM deployment, and complex issue support.
- Develop documentation, runbooks, and playbooks; oversee audits and GitOps practices.
🎯 Requirements
- Progressive IT experience in SaaS-first or distributed environments.
- Strong troubleshooting across devices (Mac, Windows, Linux) and SaaS apps.
- Expertise with identity providers, MDM, SSO, MFA, SAML, OIDC, SCIM.
- Hands-on with AWS, IaC (Pulumi, Terraform), and GitOps workflows.
- Experience administering multiple SaaS apps at scale; security/compliance focus.
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to translate technical topics for stakeholders.
