📋 Description

• Lead a team of Software Engineers delivering ServiceNow ITSM, integrations, and catalog projects
• Interface with end-users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements for Service Catalog and
• Customize ServiceNow apps, rollout new modules, configure UI, workflows, work orders, transfer
• Guide customers through technical solutions aligned to business requirements; mentor peers and
• Collaborate on maps, event management rules, and data updates across ServiceNow environments
• Maintain operational documentation and SOPs to reduce risk and increase efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, and integrations.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using mid servers and cloud-to-cloud
• Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and bidirectional automated integrations.
• Data extraction/ETL approaches (e.g., JDBC, ODBC) and related tooling.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs
• Strong ability to plan, allocate resources, and produce technical/design documentation.
