📋 Description

• Architect and tailor Stripe solutions for enterprise customers in Greater China
• Map customer transformation journeys and craft future-state roadmaps with third-party integrations
• Lead technical discovery and executive-facing demonstrations to showcase Stripe value
• Identify expansion opportunities and introduce local payment methods
• Collaborate with product and engineering to capture customer insights and drive roadmap priorities
• Serve as technical counterpoint to sales, delivering robust, customizable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in a customer-facing engineering role (sales engineer, pre-sale solution consultant, or
• Strong English and Mandarin communication with enterprise Chinese merchants
• Executive engagement and relationship-building with key decision makers
• Proven facilitation skills and ability to drive strategic customer discussions
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and API architectures
• Background in code (Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, etc.) is a plus
