Project Architect / Internal Design - EV Construction

📋 Description

• Develop architectural drawing packages for EV facilities
• Produce site layouts and early design concepts
• Research building codes across jurisdictions
• Coordinate layouts with requirements and constraints
• Maintain consistency across prototype facilities
• Create and maintain Revit models for BIM deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Licensed Architect or pursuing licensure
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced proficiency with Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam
• Experience producing schematic and design development docs
• Strong BIM management and documentation standards
