📋 Description

• Senior Product Designer for Mariana Tek platform in boutique fitness, shaping end-to-end business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies aligning user needs and
• Lead complex design initiatives and push boundaries of product strategy and visual craft
• Deliver world-class consumer experiences across web and mobile interfaces
• Mentor team members and influence stakeholders through design decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years UX design experience with a strong portfolio for complex web/mobile apps
• Lead or senior experience preferred
• Mastery of Figma and Design Thinking; wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, IA, design systems, interaction patterns
• Experience conducting user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys)
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; ability to communicate constraints to engineers
