Professional Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead implementation and configuration to deploy Cyberhaven solutions in client environments.
• Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and design dataset/policy solutions.
• Analyze logs, debug, and coordinate resolutions with Support/Engineering/Operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions on schedule.
• Provide technical training to end users to maximize product value and ROI.
• Advise clients with best practices and strategic guidance to maximize product value.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Delivery Management, or Professional Services with Endpoint
• Experience delivering complex technical solutions, especially with endpoint security products.
• Familiarity with DLP solutions (e.g., Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee DLP, Fortra, Trend Micro, Check
• Understanding of data classification and DLP policy definition.
• Project management skills with ability to meet strict timelines.
• Hands-on troubleshooting SaaS-based security/endpoint technologies; web APIs and data integration
