Solution Specialist, Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Lead Finance Systems change requests and projects from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with Finance partners to document processes and standardise requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, configurations and plans.
• Assess impact, risks and dependencies across finance data and integrations.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution and business approvals.
• Work with Oracle and partners to deliver integrations, data migrations and upgrades.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years with Oracle ERP Cloud, understanding module interactions and integrations.
• Experience delivering two full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud projects (R2R).
• Knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud, GL, FA, Intercompany, Tax; knowledge of AR/AP preferred.
• Experience with change lifecycle: configuration/development, SIT, UAT, release packaging
• Experience creating functional designs, process docs, user guides, training materials.
• Ability to assess impacts across processes, data, and controls; strong partner management.
