Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate Grab Support Tech Family's full-stack systems
• Work with Ruby on Rails, React frontend, Golang services, APIs, microservices, and Help Centre
• Lead technical designs, solve ambiguous problems, align stakeholders, deliver end-to-end solutions
• Manage monitoring, incident response, operational excellence, and system improvements
• Report to Engineering Manager and work onsite at Grab Vietnam office
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, QA/SET, and Engineering teams to deliver quality solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience
• Hands-on frontend and Golang backend, APIs, and microservices
• Experience with distributed systems, API design, data modelling, reliability trade-offs
• Lead technical design and production rollout
• Fluent in English communication
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development, coding agents, and LLM APIs
