• Deep understanding of federal financial management: budget formulation, spend plans, position
• Strong requirements gathering to translate government processes into functional specs.
• Excellent organization to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong presentation & communication skills to explain complex federal processes.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies & processes.
