Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A

📋 Description

• Own, maintain, and scale the corporate financial model and integrated three-statement P&L
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting for COGS and operating expenses.
• Develop scenario-planning and financial models for strategic initiatives and investments.
• Analyze performance, risks, trends, and opportunities across finance and operations.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for enterprise decisions and resource allocation.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for leadership, QBRs, and Board

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years FP&A or Corporate Finance experience with ownership of company-wide processes.
• Extensive full P&L management, planning, forecasting, and advanced modeling.
• Strong understanding of integrated three-statement models and corporate planning.
• Proven ability to work independently and influence across functions.
• Experience advising senior leadership and translating performance into recommendations.
• ERP/enterprise planning expertise, especially NetSuite and Salesforce.
